Delivery Information

• FREE delivery to ground floor houses.
• £10 surcharge per floor for flats above the 1st floor without lift.
• Delivery available 6 days a week between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
• Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Scotland Deliveries

• Deliveries to Scotland may take 7–8 working days or longer.
• Please order only if you are comfortable with the extended delivery timeframe.

Assembly & Returns

• Assembly and fitting services available in London and surrounding areas only.
• Fully or partially assembled items are non-refundable.
• Return postage costs are the buyer's responsibility.
